Percutaneous Tracheostomy Introducers

LifeServe Innovations is developing the next generation of Percutaneous Tracheostomy Introducer dilators to place a tracheotomy tube with greater ease and with fewer procedural complications than existing percutaneous tracheostomy systems. Our devices will meet the need for highly ergonomic modified-Seldinger technique that is feasible and empowering for intensivists and other non-specialists to perform this cost-effective bedside procedure with a low risk of iatrogenic complications, such as ring fracture and perforation of the posterior trachea. The novel low-profile geometry of this Introducer reduces friction and insertion forces during placement while conforming superiorly to the natural shape of the human trachea. LifeServe Innovations aims to elevate the standard of care for Percutaneous Tracheostomy patients and encourage broader adoption of this preferred airway technique worldwide.
